The Authors report a case of a woman affected by recidivant urinary incontinence after conservative surgery with Tension-free Vaginal Tape (TVT), and subsequent severe pelvic aches. The empirical rehabilitative approach of pelvic floor muscles determined improvement of symptoms for many years before and after oestrogen menopausal deprivation.
