Scopo del presente studio comparare la valutazione dei tempi di utilizzo delle appaecchiature munite di videoterminale (VDT) effett trite questionaotmministrato con la misura ottenuta tramite un software appositamente progettato. L' applicazione del software in una grande amministazione pubbi ha rideso notevolmente, rispetto all autovalutazione tramite questionario, la prevalenza dei soggetti individuati come "addetti al videoterminale" da sottoporre a sorveglianza sanitaria. Nel contempo il software ha classificato come "addetti al videoterminale" un significativo numero di soggeti che non si erano auto-dichiarati tali tramite questionario. Vengno anche esaminatii gli aspetti di legittimita nell applicazione di un sistema di monitoraggio.
